- 1:1 Coaching sessions
- Collaboration with your coach to develop an individualized plan to reach your goals
- Flexible schedule; meetings weekly, biweekly, or monthly that work with your lifestyle
- A comprehensive approach to your health and well-being to explore and address all aspects of your life
- Well-being assessment – providing insight into your current lifestyle
For those seeking substantial and tangible benefits from our Health & Wellness Coaching program, a minimum engagement of six months is recommended. This timeframe allows for meaningful progress and lasting habit formation, as supported by scientific evidence.
By committing to a six-month program, you allow yourself the time to fully engage with the process, cultivate sustainable habits, and experience significant positive changes. This duration provides ample opportunity to reflect on your journey, celebrate achievements, assess progress, refine goals, and plan for future growth.
Remember, the time will pass anyway. Investing in your health and well-being today can lead to long-lasting benefits that extend far beyond the coaching period.

Meet Your Coach
Laura Dolan M.Ed, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Laura earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Shortly after graduating, she began working at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC), a school program for individuals diagnosed with Autism. At the DDDC, she received intensive training in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Laura enjoyed my work so much that she decided to pursue her master’s in Special Education and obtained her Behavior Analyst Certification. While completing the coursework for her BCBA she continued to work at the DDDC, working in a highly structured ABA classroom which enabled her to integrate theory with practice. When Laura is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. You can also find her running along the boardwalk or in your local road race! More recently, she has followed a lifelong passion of living a healthy lifestyle and continued personal growth by becoming a certified health and wellbeing coach. Laura is excited to combine her knowledge of the science of applied behavior analysis with her coaching skills to partner with individuals to help them make meaningful and sustainable behavior change! Are you ready to Thrive?!
